Design feedback

Simplified feedback, better designs

Designers can simplify and streamline how they share their work and receive feedback, keeping stakeholders happy and in-the-loop—ultimately leading to improved designs, faster.

Simplified feedback, better designs

Switchboard helps designers and stakeholders:

  • Aggregate feedback in context with designs
  • Share and review different types of design work regardless of tool or format
  • Leave video feedback or in-context comments for more clarity
  • Host meetings in the same space as feedback and files

Use any tool, including:

1.

Bridge the communication gap

Feedback across tools, tabs, and threads is easy to miss or misinterpret. Instead, aggregate feedback in your room, and record videos to say and show what you mean.

2.

Review any style of file, all-in-one

Whether you need feedback on a video, image, PDF, or something inside a web app, you can load up anything you need to see and share it all inside your room.

3.

Bring your designs to life

Showcase your work, explain what changes you made and why, and show exactly how they look with recordings or interactive video calls in the room.

Any tool, side-by-side

Any web-based tools work natively in Switchboard’s browser. Just paste a URL into the canvas and you’re in. You can add images, videos, text, sticky notes, and PDFs too.

Using a desktop app? You can screen share it.

How to improve your design feedback process in a room

  1. Show your work and stay organized. Group related designs or single pieces of work into sections to make everything easy to find. Load your designs by logging into relevant web tools in a browser, or upload any image, video file, PDF, or doc. You can also add related work like the creative brief or project timeline the same way.
  2. Share your room with stakeholders. Invite them to your room. Then they can leave feedback with in-context comments directly on files or videos, or leave sticky notes. They can also record videos to leave extra clear feedback with a visual to reinforce what they’re saying.
  3. Review in real-time. You can host a meeting right inside your room anytime to incorporate real-time feedback across any work you have in your room.
