How to set up your incident response room

  1. Open the tools you need for monitoring, logging, responding to, and resolving incidents in real time in our browser apps. You can also upload any relevant PDFs, docs, Wikis or Confluence pages with protocols and runbooks.
  2. Jump on an interactive video call on the fly during an incident. Use the notepad and open questions app to track anything that comes up. You can also leave comments directly in context, or chat live.
  3. Use AI during the retrospective. Host a postmortem in your room and make any adjustments to the apps and protocols directly in the room template so everything is set up for next time. Use AI to get quick summaries and suggestions.
